MyLearningFellow ("the Fellow," "the service") is an AI learning companion for elementary and middle school learners, operated by Resonant Catalyst. It is a learning adventure where learning feels like exploring. Accounts are created by us for known families; there is no open signup.
Responses are generated by an AI system and support learning; they are not a school curriculum, not grades or credentials, and can contain mistakes. See our Disclaimer. The Fellow is built to point your kid toward trusted adults for anything beyond learning.
MyLearningFellow is for your family's own personal, non-commercial use. You may not exploit the Fellow for personal or commercial gain, including running it as a paid tutoring service, reselling or redistributing it or its output, or using it to provide services to third parties. You also agree not to use the service unlawfully or to abuse or attempt to circumvent the system.
Enforcement. Violating this Acceptable Use section is grounds for Resonant Catalyst to suspend or terminate access, at our discretion and without refund.
What your kid shares with the Fellow stays your family's own. See Care for Your Information for how we protect it.
The MyLearningFellow name, design, prompts, and software are the property of Resonant Catalyst. These Terms do not grant any right to copy, reproduce, or create derivative products from the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonant Catalyst accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken based on content from the service. The service supports learning; it does not replace school, professional guidance, or parental judgment.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.
